About The Position

Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service technicians, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations.
  • Prepare estimates and explain repairs clearly.
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
  • Keep customers updated on vehicle status and timelines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term relationships.
  • Ensure repair orders are accurate and completed efficiently.
