About The Position
Lia Toyota Rockland is seeking an experienced Service Advisor(s) to join our team. We are a company founded in 1979 with 23 locations throughout NY, MA, and CT, employing over 1500 dedicated team members. Requirements
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience.
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
