About The Position

Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. The Service Advisor will take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating repair information and recommendations from technicians, providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, and ensuring the efficient distribution of work among technicians.

Requirements

  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience
  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
