Requirements

At least 1 year of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry.
A proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Jeep and Nissan vehicles and service processes.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional service experience for all customers and ensure complete satisfaction (CSI).
Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, communicating clearly and effectively.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service.
Maintain detailed customer records and service reports.
