About The Position

As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are a trusted professional who helps guests with their vehicles and builds lasting customer relationships. You guide guests through the repair process, keep them informed about vehicle status, and ensure their satisfaction before they leave the facility. The role includes presenting repair solutions clearly and honestly, managing store workflow, coordinating customer service activities, and helping ensure repairs meet proper specifications. The position is at an independently owned and operated Christian Brothers Automotive franchise in Lake Jackson, Texas.

Requirements

• Current driver’s license.
• Driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in an automotive customer service role or an automotive service writer/advisor/sales role.
• Dependability and reliability for the Monday–Friday schedule.
• Ability to spend most of the workday on your feet, including standing, walking, and coordinating parts.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present the best solution to properly repair guests’ vehicles in a way that is easy to understand.
• Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
• Sell services consistently and effectively while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly and professionally by phone.
• Build long-term relationships among the store, the employee, and customers.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA-branded vehicle.
• Ensure all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
• Work as a team and assist other employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
