Automotive Service Advisor / Writer | Weekends Off | Lake Jackson
About The Position
As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are a trusted professional who helps guests with their vehicles and builds lasting customer relationships. You guide guests through the repair process, keep them informed about vehicle status, and help ensure their satisfaction before they leave the facility. The role is at an independently owned and operated Christian Brothers Automotive franchise in Lake Jackson, Texas, at 218 W. Hwy. 332. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., with weekends off. It involves working on your feet for most of the day, maintaining a brisk pace in a high-volume environment, and occasionally lifting or carrying objects over 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Current driver's license.
- Driving record acceptable to the current insurance carrier.
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
- Experience in an automotive customer service, service writing/advising, or automotive sales role.
- Dependability and reliability for the Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. schedule.
- Ability to be on your feet for most of the workday.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.

- Build long-term relationships among the store, yourself, and customers.
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
- Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA-branded vehicle.
- Ensure repairs are performed to proper specifications.
- Work as a team and assist other employees as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
