They are looking for a high-energy, driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join their award-winning team. Requirements

  • Outgoing, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to people (The "It" Factor).
  • Resilient, understanding that "no" is just a step toward a "yes."
  • Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools to manage your day (Tech Savvy).
  • Belief in doing business the right way—honestly and transparently (Integrity).
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the entire car-buying process, from initial interest to the final handshake.
  • Stay up-to-date on Ford’s latest technology, towing capabilities, fuel economy, trim levels, performance specs, safety, etc.
  • Use social media, phone, and email to maintain a robust pipeline and follow up with "sold" customers to generate future referrals.
  • Ensure every customer leaves Sunset Ford feeling like they just received a premium experience.
