About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial greeting to final sale. You will leverage your excellent communication and negotiation skills to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate vehicles, and ensure a positive and satisfying experience. This position offers the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships and contribute to the dealership's success by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranties, and financing options.
Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Complete sales documentation accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
