About The Position

Hertrich Honda of Easton is hiring entry-level and experienced Automotive Sales Representatives. The role offers a 40-hour workweek, commission and bonus-based compensation with guaranteed training pay during training, paid training, and ongoing coaching. Representatives help customers choose vehicles, present new and pre-owned inventory, conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, partner with management to complete sales, build customer relationships, and meet sales goals while providing exceptional service. The dealership describes opportunities for career advancement and management roles. Scheduled evenings and Saturdays are required within the 40-hour workweek.
