About The Position
Ross Downing Chevrolet is expanding its sales department to accommodate the growing demand for new and pre-owned vehicles. They are looking for multiple Full-Time New & Used Car Sales Representatives who are friendly, motivated, and business-driven individuals to join their sales team. The dealership offers a superior and ethical sales culture with ongoing training and development.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Engaging and high-energy personality
- Ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Take pride in the work you do
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive experience is not required but preferred
Responsibilities
- Conducting walkarounds with customers and demonstrating automobile features
- Accompanying customers on test drives
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers
- Following-up with customers
- Responding to customer email inquiries and using our CRM to develop new business
- Maintain CSI benchmarks
