Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Proven ability to meet goals or perform in a results-driven environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs and budget
Guide customers through the full purchase process from initial contact to delivery
Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features and options
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Stay informed on inventory, pricing, and current promotions
Work with sales management and finance team to complete transactions accurately
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activity
