Mac Haik Ford Lincoln Hyundai is looking for a driven New & Used Car Sales Manager who knows how to build a winning team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

Requirements

• A proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing top-performing sales teams
• A customer-first mindset with the passion to deliver transparent, honest, exceptional service.
• Strong communication, motivation, and leadership skills are a must!
• Hunger, drive and a desire to WIN
• Tier 1 pros need only apply
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• 3-5+ years of Sales Manager experience preferred
• Experience with selling both New Cars & Used Cars is preferred
