About The Position

Kendall Value Lot in Nampa is seeking a strong, energetic leader to join their team as a Sales Manager. This role is for an experienced individual with a proven track record in leadership and automotive sales management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the sales department by coaching and supporting salespersons, assisting in closing sales, negotiating vehicle prices, appraising incoming vehicles, selling finance products, performing Finance Manager duties (including deal financing, paperwork, and contracts in transit), conducting sales meetings and training, and supervising sales staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance. Additional duties include managing an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory, planning, organizing, and controlling dealership sales activities, and staying knowledgeable about and compliant with all laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales. Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales management experience is required
  • Proven track record of success and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Growing the sales department through coaching and providing support to the Salespersons
  • Assisting in closing sales
  • Actively participating in vehicle price negotiation
  • Appraising incoming vehicles
  • Selling finance products
  • Conducting Finance Manager roles including getting deals financed, paperwork, and contracts in transit
  • Conducting sales meetings and trainings
