Anchor Toyota is Hiring a Used Car Sales Manager to Drive Performance and Deliver Excellence. We are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager who brings leadership, precision, and a passion for results. In this role, you will lead, drive smart inventory and acquisition strategies, and ensure every guest experience reflects the Toyota standard of excellence. Requirements

  • Proven success leading a sales team in an automotive dealership environment, with a strong focus on both volume and profitability
  • Deep understanding of used vehicle strategy, including pricing, inventory management, and acquisition
  • Experience desking deals, appraising trades, and working collaboratively with Finance & Insurance teams
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate vehicles as required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with vAuto or similar inventory and pricing tools is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a performance-focused used vehicle team to achieve volume, gross, and guest experience targets
  • Set clear expectations around daily and weekly activities, including appointments, follow-ups, and lead management, while holding the team accountable to results
  • Desk used vehicle deals with confidence, structuring profitable and compliant transactions while maintaining a seamless guest experience
  • Oversee inventory strategy, including pricing, merchandising, aging, and turn, using tools like vAuto or equivalent
  • Drive acquisition through strong appraisal practices, strategic purchasing, and collaboration with sourcing and wholesale partners
  • Partner closely with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on promotions, reconditioning timelines, and overall sales execution
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, upholding high CSI standards
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to develop actionable strategies that improve conversion, gross, and inventory health
