About The Position
Turn Your Passion for Cars Into a Rewarding Sales Career at Scholfield Honda! We’re looking for motivated, confident, and driven Sales Professionals to join our team! Whether you have previous sales experience or are new to the industry, we provide the tools, training, and opportunities for success. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll become a Honda brand expert, helping customers find the perfect vehicle through model education, digital demonstrations, and in-person walk-arounds. You’ll also work alongside our finance managers to offer the best financing options and protection plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Successful completion of drug and background screening
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Responsibilities
- Master Honda’s vehicle lineup and use that knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Utilize digital sales tools to engage with leads and drive traffic
- Set up and maintain sales lot and showroom displays
- Work with the Sales Manager to present deals on new and pre-owned vehicles
