About The Position

Easton Honda is hiring an entry-level or experienced Automotive Sales Representative. The position is commission- and bonus-based, with guaranteed training pay, paid professional training, advanced coaching for experienced sales professionals, and performance-based commissions with unlimited income potential. Hertrich Family of Dealerships describes itself as a growing, family-owned company with 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 brands across the Delmarva Peninsula. The company also notes its community involvement, supporting more than 90 local charities each year.

The representative will build customer relationships and guide customers through vehicle purchases, presenting vehicle options professionally and communicating in person, by phone, and online. The role requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings and Saturdays. The position is based at Easton Honda, 6646 Ocean Gateway Service Rd., Easton, MD 21601.

Requirements

• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong communication skills.
