About The Position

Olympia KIA is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Representatives with prior automotive sales experience and a proven track record of success to join their growing sales team. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will serve as the trusted guide for customers throughout the car-buying process, matching them with the right KIA vehicle and delivering exceptional service. This role is ideal for a proven automotive sales professional who knows how to connect with customers, close deals, and is driven by results in a supportive, high-performance environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing KIA vehicles
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service
  • Stay informed about the latest Kia models, features, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
