About The Position

As a key player in our sales force, you'll actively engage with prospective clients, showcase our innovative HVAC solutions, and expand our market presence through strategic territory management. What motivates you as a Comfort Advisor? You are a people person! You like having a company vehicle to drive and gas paid for. Running daily sales appointments, providing estimates, and educating customers to have more comfort in their homes. Generating leads and following up on estimates timely. You control your paycheck with commissions (typical compensation range is 65-150K annually. There is no cap to earning potential). Attention to detail and team spirit to achieve common customer and business focused goals. Being a team player. Teamwork with installers by collecting proper job information for installs, communicating with the customer service/dispatch teams, communicating promptly with the customer, and other departments to ensure an unrivaled customer experience is incredibly important.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service, communication, and timeliness
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of various HVAC systems in order to size and quote systems properly based on customers' needs
  • The ability to work some evenings and weekends when needed
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, inside sales techniques, or retail sales environments
  • Driver's License and clean driving record
  • HVAC sales: 1 year (Required)
