About The Position

Tonkin Hillsboro Ford is seeking Automotive Sales Representatives to help customers throughout the vehicle sales transaction and provide customer support. The role involves assisting clients in finding and purchasing a vehicle that meets their needs, then prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing sales in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment. Compensation is commission-based with no stated earnings limit, plus a $4,000 guarantee for the first three months of employment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
