About The Position

Tonkin Hillsboro Ford is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to assist customers throughout vehicle sales transactions and provide customer support. The role involves helping customers identify and purchase vehicles that meet their needs, prospecting and qualifying potential buyers, negotiating, and closing sales in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented dealership environment. Compensation is commission-based with unlimited earning potential and a $4,000 guarantee for the first three months of employment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
