About The Position

Sandia BMW, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking experienced BMW/MINI Sales Professionals to join its team. The position focuses on providing a customer-centered vehicle sales experience, building customer relationships, and meeting dealership productivity goals. Responsibilities

Demonstrate automobiles by explaining their characteristics, capabilities, and features; conducting test drives; comparing competitive models; and explaining warranties and services.
Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with previously sold customers.
Maintain a high CSI score.
Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to customers.
Prioritize customer satisfaction.
Set personal goals consistent with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to meet them.
Learn to overcome objections, ask for the sale, negotiate price, complete sales or purchase agreements, and explain and offer warranties, services, and financing.
