About The Position
Lupient Nissan of Brooklyn Park is hiring an Automotive Sales Professional to help customers choose and purchase vehicles. The role is open to candidates with automotive experience as well as those coming from retail, hospitality, or other sales backgrounds; automotive training will be provided to candidates with drive and people skills. Compensation includes a base salary, monthly commissions, and bonuses, with top performers earning six figures annually. Career advancement opportunities include promotion from within. The employer is a family-owned automotive group with more than 50 years of history.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Learn vehicle features, capabilities, and distinguishing qualities.
- Build genuine relationships with new and returning customers.
- Understand buyers’ needs and match them with appropriate vehicles.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial interest to signing, including addressing objections and explaining financing and warranty options.
- Provide a positive customer handoff and experience.
