Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years Sales Manager at New Car Dealership
  • Honda Experience
  • Have a HS diploma (or equivalent)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Can provide references when requested

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Sales Manager or F&I experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Set goals, support deal closures, and develop improvement plans
  • Build teamwork and strengthen advisor performance
  • Recommend inventory, assist with promotions and advertising
  • Maximize ROI by following up on all online leads
