Requirements

  • Automotive sales management experience required (luxury experience strongly preferred)
  • Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
  • High energy with a refined, hands-on leadership style
  • Proven ability to drive results while maintaining a premium client experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals with a focus on luxury-level service and presentation
  • Drive performance while maintaining an exceptional, client-first experience
  • Desk deals and assist in structuring and closing transactions
  • Set the tone for professionalism, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to elevate both results and experience
