About The Position
Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager who can lead a team, close deals, and deliver consistent results. We want a hands-on leader who sets clear expectations, develops people, protects profitability, and provides customers with a professional buying experience.
Requirements
- Proven automotive sales management experience
- Strong leadership, deal-structuring, and closing skills
- Track record of meeting sales and profitability goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with dealership CRM and inventory systems
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable
- Desk deals and assist with negotiations and closings
- Monitor leads, appointments, follow-up, and daily performance
- Recruit, train, and develop strong sales professionals
- Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle aging
- Maintain strong gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all deals follow dealership policies and compliance standards
