We are seeking an Automotive Sales Manager for our client near Mystic, CT. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. Requirements
- Previous automotive management experience is REQUIRED for this position
- Managed teams of sales representatives
- Demonstrate hands-on sales floor work
- Show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license

- F&I experience preferred

- Motivate and train a dedicated sales team.
