Requirements

• Previous automotive management experience is REQUIRED for this position
• Strong closer who can work the floor with a team
• Ability to lead and coach
• Ability to close deals
• Managed teams of sales representatives
• Demonstrate hands-on sales floor work
• Ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to transition into a finance closer is desired
• Works hard
• Communicates clearly
• Interested in a real career with long term potential
• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must have a valid driver’s license
