We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer buying experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, leadership experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, VinSolutions).
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance.
  • Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
  • Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
