Requirements

Automotive Sales Management experience required
Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Valid driver's license required
Clean driving record required

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Conduct daily sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
Utilize CRM tools to monitor performance and hold sales staff accountable
Oversee the entire sales process from lead management to vehicle delivery
Work directly with customers to close deals and resolve concerns
Drive customer satisfaction and CSI performance
Coach and mentor sales consultants to maximize individual and team performance
Ensure dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed
Collaborate with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience
