About The Position

Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated sales professional to join its team. The Sales Manager coaches and mentors salespeople, sets and monitors sales goals, assists customers with vehicle selection, presents and demonstrates new and used vehicles, and supports the sales staff in closing deals. Compensation is a draw plus a percentage of gross profit, with a stated yearly wage range of $90,000–$140,000. The position is full-time and includes some Saturdays.

Requirements

• Leadership skills and a genuine passion for training fellow employees.
• Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and mentor them to improve sales performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Provide high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
