About The Position
Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated sales professional to join its team. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor salespeople, help the team meet and exceed sales quotas, and assist customers in selecting and learning about new and used vehicles. F&I Managers interested in expanding their leadership experience are encouraged to apply. The company will train the right individual for long-term success.
Requirements
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Leadership skills and a passion for training fellow employees.

Responsibilities
- Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and mentor them to improve sales performance.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and knowledgeably.
- Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
