About The Position

Toyota of Bourbonnais is seeking a proven Automotive Sales Manager to join their leadership team. They are looking for a driven, hands-on leader who knows how to motivate a sales team, desk deals, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or high-performing Desk Manager looking to take the next step with one of the fastest-growing Toyota dealerships in the region. The ideal candidate is competitive, process-driven, and passionate about developing people while driving results.

Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Sales Management experience preferred
  • Toyota experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
  • Strong desking, closing, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • CRM and dealership software experience
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

  • Toyota experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Desk and structure retail transactions
  • Work directly with customers to help close deals and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Train, mentor, and develop sales consultants
  • Monitor sales activities and ensure CRM processes are followed
  • Drive showroom traffic and sales performance
  • Assist with inventory management and merchandising
  • Partner with Finance and Service departments to maximize dealership profitability
  • Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Maintain strong manufacturer compliance and sales process standards
  • Help recruit, hire, and develop future sales talent
