About The Position

Heritage Honda Parkville, a proud member of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments. We are looking for a high-energy leader who understands that today’s automotive business is built on customer experience, process execution, team development, and operational performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, desking deals, inventory management, customer retention, and developing high-performing sales teams. Requirements

  • Automotive sales management experience required
  • Proven track record of driving sales volume and profitability
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Experience with CRM systems, desking tools, and digital retailing platforms
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Honda or import-brand experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop New and Used Vehicle Sales teams
  • Drive department profitability and vehicle sales performance
  • Desk deals and assist sales associates in closing transactions
  • Monitor inventory, pricing strategy, and market trends
  • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Recruit, hire, and train top automotive sales talent
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
  • Partner with Finance, BDC, and Fixed Operations teams to maximize performance
  • Track KPIs, sales metrics, and departmental productivity
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance sales culture
