About The Position

This is a performance-based sales role where income is directly tied to effort, consistency, and follow-up. At Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram, we are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in automotive sales—not just a job. You will be working in a high-traffic dealership with strong customer demand, structured training, and a proven sales process.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
Effective communication skills
Professional appearance.
Basic mathematical aptitude
Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
Clean driving record with valid driver license.
Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.

Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Actively manage internet, phone, and showroom customers
Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
Present vehicles and guide customers through the buying process
Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
Execute a structured sales process daily
