About The Position
Dealership: L0771 Lexus of Orange County Lexus of Orange County NOW HIRING Sales Consultants! Pay: $60,000 to $120,000 annually based on performance (commission + bonuses) Schedule: Full time, Saturdays required with one weekday and Sundays off About Us: We are a high-performing, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering a luxury-level buying experience. Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service (Sales, Retail, Telemarketing, Hospitality, etc)
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers both in-store and online
- Help clients select the right vehicle based on their needs and lifestyle
- Conduct product presentations and test drives
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Work closely with management and finance to finalize deals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge (features, technology, trim levels)
- Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish
