About The Position
Rairdon’s Volkswagen of Everett is currently looking to hire individuals for the sales team! This is a full-time position with a total annual compensation between $48,000.00 - $150,000.00. Compensation includes commission on Front and Back Payable Gross, with potential bonuses if sales targets and customer satisfaction criteria are met. A 90-day guarantee of $4,000.00 per month is provided during training. Continuous free training in sales and leadership is offered, and the company has a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience is required, offering huge potential for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
- Build rapport and qualify customer needs
- Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
- Follow up with leads and past customers
- Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
