Requirements

• High school education level.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to remain composed under stress.

• Positive, outgoing personality and ability to develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and assist them through the vehicle selection and buying process.
• Test drive vehicles with customers and demonstrate their features.
• Build productive, trusting relationships and help customers complete the sales process.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss available options.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
