About The Position

No automotive sales experience is required, as the company provides training and support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and have the drive to earn based on their performance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Must be at least 21 years old or have three years of licensed driving experience for insurance purposes
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
Professional appearance and work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and guide them through the buying process.
Build relationships through phone, text, email, and in-person communication.
Learn our vehicle lineup and confidently present features and benefits.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
