About The Position
Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Waukee, Iowa, is Central Iowa's premier Jeep Superstore and the home of the Ram Truck Ranch. We are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience through our sales, service, and parts departments. We are currently seeking motivated and professional Automotive Sales Consultants to join our expanding team. Requirements
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Experience in retail or sales environments preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop sales techniques and manage social media marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up and customer engagement before and after sales.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
- Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in retail or sales environments preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and assess their needs through thoughtful analysis.
- Effectively present features and benefits of new and used vehicles.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and product details.
- Collaborate with sales and finance management to negotiate pricing and explain financing terms.
- Assist with merchandising and organizing inventory as needed.
- Complete necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth delivery and registration process.
- Deliver vehicles to customers in a clean, operational, and professional manner.
- Follow a structured sales process, including prompt responses to internet leads with strong verbal and written communication.
- Maintain regular attendance and participate in training and department meetings.
