About The Position

Friendship Automotive is hiring a Business Development Coordinator (BDC) for Friendship Chevy/GMC of Forest City. The role supports customers during their vehicle-buying experience by providing courteous, professional assistance and helping shoppers select vehicles, gather information, and arrange dealership visits. Most of the workday is spent speaking with vehicle shoppers by phone, answering questions, and providing information. The coordinator also responds to customer requests through email, text, and video communications.
