Requirements

  • Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a goal‑oriented, performance‑driven environment
  • Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset
  • Ability to learn dealership systems, processes, and product knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Prepare and present purchase options clearly and professionally
  • Work with management and the finance team to finalize deals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership procedures
  • Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business
