Requirements
- Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a goal‑oriented, performance‑driven environment
- Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to learn dealership systems, processes, and product knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Prepare and present purchase options clearly and professionally
- Work with management and the finance team to finalize deals
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership processes
- Follow up with customers to support satisfaction and repeat business
