Requirements

  • Prior service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on ethical recommendations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Comfortable using dealership DMS and related software
  • Professional, customer‑focused approach
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
  • Listen to customer concerns and document service needs accurately
  • Prepare and present service estimates and repair recommendations
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
  • Communicate vehicle status updates clearly throughout the repair process
  • Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs
  • Ensure repair orders and billing documentation are complete and accurate
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and CSI results
