Requirements

  • Previous service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and follow‑up skills
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with an emphasis on ethical recommendations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Comfortable learning and using dealership DMS and related software
  • Commitment to delivering a positive, professional customer experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Maintain an acceptable driving record
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to concerns and accurately document service needs
  • Prepare and present service recommendations and estimates
  • Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide clear updates on vehicle status throughout the repair process
  • Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs
  • Ensure repair orders and documentation are complete and accurate
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and CSI performance
