Requirements

  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Desire to learn and grow within the automotive industry
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
  • Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle walk‑arounds
  • Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
  • Work closely with management, finance, and support staff
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
