About The Position

Berman CDJR is seeking full-time Car Sales Specialists to guide customers through the car-buying experience, from initial contact through driving off the lot. The role focuses on helping customers feel informed and confident about their purchase. The position offers uncapped commission, with stated potential earnings of $100K+. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one additional weekday off.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with a minimum of two years.
• Automotive industry experience; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Determine where customers are in the buying process and identify the information they need.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations.
• Work with inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value for trade-ins.
• Present and explain purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and support a positive experience.
