About The Position
The Automotive Sales Associate uses sales skills, customer service, and industry expertise to support dealership sales and build lasting customer relationships. The role covers the sales process from prospecting new clients through vehicle delivery, including presenting and demonstrating inventory. Associates are expected to work toward increasing market share, meet dealership standards for customer service, gross average, and monthly units, and stay current on products, market trends, and certification.

- Prior retail automotive sales experience and/or sales training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement the dealership sales process.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from new-client prospecting to vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate inventory.
- Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports.
- Create and execute strategies to increase market share.
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
- Stay up to date on products, market trends, and certification.
