About The Position

Requirements

No prior experience is required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Assist dealership customers, answer questions, and help them select a vehicle that meets their needs.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain vehicle performance, applications, benefits, and available optional equipment.
Determine customers' vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand vehicle operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, accessories, and customer benefits.
Introduce customers to service department personnel and explain the service department's repair and maintenance offerings.
