About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Associate at Napleton Italian Imports. This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced dealership, where the associate helps customers choose vehicles and supports a positive customer experience. The position offers growth potential within a large automotive dealership group affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and over 50 dealerships across seven states, with more than 3,500 employees nationwide. Compensation is listed as a potential range of $70,000–$100,000 per year, including incentive-based pay. The role includes paid training and opportunities for growth. Requirements

At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Assist dealership customers, answer questions, and help them select vehicles suited to their needs.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain vehicle performance, applications, benefits, and optional equipment available for purchase.
Determine customers’ vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty information, and paperwork to customers.
Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
Introduce customers to service department personnel and highlight available service repairs and maintenance.
