About The Position

Park Place Acura is seeking an energetic, people-focused Automotive Sales Advisor to help deliver an exceptional car-buying experience. The role responds to customers inquiring about advertised vehicles online by phone and email, and assists customers who visit the dealership from the initial buying process through the final sale. The Sales Advisor identifies customer needs, shares vehicle information and pricing, conducts test drives and walk-arounds, and follows up to support future and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process.
• Build rapport with customers and develop a referral network.
• Respond to internet leads within the store's required timeframe and email product information with pricing.
• Answer sales phone calls and schedule customer appointments.
• Confirm appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls regarding customer inquiries, post-sale service, and repeat business.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide great customer service.
